BACKGROUND

Larry is the president and founder of SAFETYand Consulting Associates, Inc. He has over 30 years experience in safety, safety culture, change management, and management systems. Working with teams that include “C level” executives through front line employees, Larry has been instrumental in designing and implementing transformational change and process improvement efforts. Larry began his career in 1989 and has held various leadership positions. 

Larry has been employed by BP, General Mills, JMJ, Marsh, Oliver Wyman and Pfizer
